Government aims for double-digit growth by boosting key sectors

The Secretary to the Treasury and Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance stated that the government's focus remains on leveraging opportunities in high-yielding sectors such as tourism, business processing, and ICT services to boost the economy to double-digit growth within two decades, up from the 6.6% recorded in the first quarter of 2024.
