GOVERNMENT SENATOR SLAMS UPP’S ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT DURING BUDGET DEBATE

Government Senator Phillip Shoul has launched a blistering broadside against the former United Progressive Party administration for their handling of the economy between 2004 and 2014. He indicated in his contribution to the budget debate in the senate on Wednesday that the country has paid dearly for what he argues was wastage of resources. He says the Gaston Browne administration has made significant strides in correcting those challenges. Shannakisha Francis reports.
