Government urges value addition in fisheries industry

The German international development agency GIZ has announced that the 15 million euros in financing support for the Responsible Fisheries Business Chains project has expired. Fisheries Minister Helen Adoa is urging stakeholders in the value chain to focus on innovation and value addition to boost incomes and export volumes.
