Governments have turned Australia into an ‘energy basket case’: Chris Kenny

Sky News host Chris Kenny has hit out at Labor and Liberal governments for turning Australia into an “energy basket case”. The latest quarterly dynamics report shows wind generation was down 20 per cent and lower rainfall saw hydroelectricity drop by 18 per cent. “This energy crisis is unforgivable in a country that's a leading world exporter of coal, gas and uranium,” Mr Kenny said.
