GOVT TO COMMISSION 8.4BLN ICU FACILITY TO CATER FOR OVER 3.5 MILLION PEOPLE IN BUNYORO Sub REGION

Hoima Regional Referral Hospital will commission an 8.4billion shillings Intensive Care Unit facility to serve the entire Bunyoro region. The facility is at 80 percent completion and within few months it will be handed over to the hospital administration with aim of improving the lives of over 3.5 million people in the region. The facility is constructed by the government of Uganda through the ministry of health under Uganda COVID-19 Response and Emergency Preparedness Project (UCREPP).
