Grandma of Missing Wisconsin Toddler Elijah Vue Pleads with Judge to Keep Daughter Locked Up

The grandmother of missing Wisconsin toddler Elijah Vue wrote a letter to a judge asking him not to let her daughter out of jail. Katrina Baur is currently locked up and charged with chronic child neglect. Elijah has been missing since February 20. Baur’s boyfriend, who has also been arrested and charged with child neglect, allegedly last saw the 3-year-old before he took a nap — when Jesse Vang woke up, Elijah was gone.
