‘Great member for Chisholm’: Dutton explains candidate change

Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has said Katie Allen has an “incredible background” and will be a “great member for Chisholm” in an attempt to explain the candidate change for the seat. This comes after the administrative committee dropped the former Liberal candidate Theo Zographos and instead endorsed Ms Allen. Sky News Victoria Political Reporter Simon Love said Ms Allen will need to get used to the “vastly bigger electorate”.
