Group in Oregon campaigns to draw new border line and join Idaho

In the US, one state is so divided that there is a move underway to carve it in two. A group in Oregon says the two sides of the Northwestern state are wildly different, with everything from landscape to lifestyle, reinforcing differences in ideology.
