Guatemalan migrant struggles to reach US | ABS-CBN News

Under the scorching heat, Guatemalan migrant Francisco Magana paused by the road moment to nurse his blisters on Friday (November 29) as he made his way through southern Mexico with a caravan headed towards the U.S. Despite the physical toll, 58-year-old Magana was undeterred, stating he has undertaken this arduous journey to provide a better life for his children and grandchildren back in Guatemala. Magana is part of a caravan that left the Mexican border town of Tapachula on November 20. His next stop is Tonala, where he plans to recuperate and purchase medicine with funds sent by his family.
