मध्य प्रदेश के गुना के रहने वाले जगदीश भील को कोर्ट ने पांच साल तक केस लड़ने के बाद बेगुनाहा साबित कर दिया. दरअसल आमासेर गांव के रहने वाले जगदीश भील एक काम से चाचौड़ा गए थे... इसी दौरान पुलिस ने उन्हें पकड़ लिया और रात भर थाने में बिठाकर रखा. दूसरे दिन जगदीश भील को जेल भेज दिया गया. पुलिस ने जगदीश भील को धरनावदा में हुई एक लूट के मामले में आरोपी बनाया था... जिसके बाद 5 साल तक कोर्ट में जगदीश की सुनवाई चली... जिसमें 200 बार वे कोर्ट में पेश हुए. और फैसला उनके पक्ष में आया. जिसमें वे बेगुनाहा साबित हुए. Actually Jagdish Bhil, a resident of Amaser village, had gone to Chachauda for some work... During this time the police caught him and kept him in the police station overnight. Jagdish Bhil was sent to jail the next day. The police had made Jagdish Bhil an accused in a robbery case in Dharnavada... after which Jagdish's hearing went on in the court for 5 years... in which he appeared in the court 200 times. And the decision came in his favor.
