Haiti attack: Armed groups kill at least 70 people in central

Haiti's government has deployed special police units after a gang attack on a small town on Thursday. More than 70 people, including children were killed in that attack. The killings are the latest sign of a worsening conflict in Haiti where armed gangs control most of the capital Port-au-Prince and are expanding to nearby regions. Al Jazeera’s Teresa Bo, reports.
