Half a house for half a million? Monrovia listing creates buzz at $500k bargain

This house in Monrovia was heavily damaged when a pine tree toppled over earlier this summer. It has a damaged roof, a toppled chimney and about half of the home missing. But despite the home being red-tagged, real estate agent Kevin Wheeler said he’s received a healthy amount of interest in the listing.
