Hard plastic rubbish from computers transformed into 3D printer material

If you work anywhere which requires you to be on a computer you might wonder what happens to all that hardware when it comes time for an upgrade. The hard plastic rubbish from computers and other electronics is being transformed into usable stock for the booming 3D printing sector. This is thanks to a new partnership between the University of New South Wales and Renew IT, an IT asset management firm.
