Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney says it was “hard to watch” Joe Biden call Donald Trump his vice president during a NATO speech. US President Joe Biden referred to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as ‘President Putin’ and Vice-President Kamala Harris as ‘Vice-President Trump’ during a speech at the NATO Summit in Washington DC. “It’s been hard to watch,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host James Morrow. “This is the President of the United States. “That’s probably the worst gaffe of the night.”
