Harris campaign yet to agree on debate rules

Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney discusses the likelihood of a Trump-Harris debate happening. "Everybody assumes it's going to happen, but keep in mind Donald Trump, he says he has agreed to the rules that the television network has laid out," Mr Mulvaney said. "The Harris team has not committed to that yet there is fighting still over whether the microphones will be turned off when it is no longer the candidate's time to speak. "The Harris team is now saying they want the microphones on all the time because they think it makes Donald Trump look bad."
