Harris: Don't fall for Trump's tactic on election fraud
As she campaigned in the battleground state of Michigan, Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris on Sunday urged voters 'to not fall for [Trump's] tactic' on election fraud. On Sunday, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump made his last pitch for support in Pennsylvania where he made remarks that election results should be announced on Election Night, despite warnings by officials in multiple states that it could take days to ascertain the final outcome. Democrats say they have plans in place should Trump try to prematurely claim victory this time. Harris told reporters on Sunday that she trusts the US election system and that 'votes will count'. She was also asked about her closing arguments for Arab-American voters and voters in the Muslim community and she replied: 'I'm honored to have the support of many Arab-American leaders... On the subject of Gaza, I have been very clear the level of death of innocent Palestinians is unconscionable. We need to end the war..." Opinion polls show the pair locked in a tight race, with Vice President Harris, 60, bolstered by strong support among women voters while former President Trump, 78, gains ground with Hispanic voters, especially men.
