Harvesting resilience: Olive picking during war and displacement

The months of October and November mark the olive harvest season for Palestinians. But in the past year, the UN says at least one-million olive trees have been uprooted by the Israeli military in Gaza Despite the destruction, Palestinians across Gaza continue to honor the tradition of olive picking as an act of resilience.
