Hate crime victim describes being sexually assaulted in Westminster

An Orange County woman is speaking out after she said she was sexually assaulted and became a victim of a hate crime in Westminster. Maribel Vergara was shopping inside a Walmart a man approached her and grabbed her buttocks. When she tried to fight back, the man allegedly told her he could do whatever he wanted because she’s Mexican, and she doesn’t have rights.
