HDC Refutes Moonilal

In response to claims made by Member of Parliament for Oropouche East, Dr Roodal Moonilal on Monday, the Housing Development Corporation or HDC says it does not target tenants of any particular political persuasion. Its current collection drive, it says is simply a process to collect outstanding monies owed to them.
