Health Ministry publishes salary guidelines for community care sector

Singapore's Ministry of Health has published salary guidelines for the community care sector. This includes those who work in community hospitals, nursing homes, as well as other health and social care services. MOH said the guidelines are meant to help such organisations attract and retain talent, as the sector grew to over 18,000 staff last year. The healthcare workers' union said the guidelines help to set standards in a sector that has many business models.
