Health Ministry says last nodding syndrome case was registered in 2016

The Ministry of Health has said that the Nodding syndrome is no longer a public health problem. The National Coordinator for Nodding Syndrome Control program Dr. Alfred Mubangizi told NTV that no new cases have been registered since 2016.
