Hidden camera found in yard of Arcadia home

It might look like a normal plant, but it is actually a hidden camera. Police are warning residents to be more vigilant after another hidden camera was found in the yard of an Arcadia home. Authorities believe thieves are using these cameras to watch residents as they leave and arrive at their homes to find a good time to break in.
