Historic Biltmore Hotels renovations draw outrage from residents

CBS News Miami's Ivan Taylor reported from Coral Gables where residents told city leaders they are unhappy with renovations done to the Biltmore Hotel. The landmark which is owned by the city., was modernized without proper permits, including covering the traditional dark tile floors with shiny marble slabs.
