Uganda AIDS Commission has cautioned the public against reckless social behavior that can lead to the spread of HIV during the festive season. The head of the HIV prevention at the Uganda AIDS Commission Dr. Daniel Byamukama confirms that over 14,000 HOT spots FOR RISKY SOCIAL BEHAVIOURS HAVE BEEN MAPPED and that 30 million condoms across the country.
