Hoima residents demand answers over delayed PDM funds distribution

A section of residents from Kyohairwe Parish in Buhanika Sub-county, Hoima district have stormed the sub-county headquarters, demanding an explanation for why they have not yet benefited from the PDM program. The residents say other parishes have benefited from PDM, but only Kyohairwe Parish has not yet received the funds intended to set up projects to improve household incomes.
