A Hooters waitress in New Mexico told police officers she had four drinks and had just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich before they found her asleep inside her “new” car. In body camera footage, the woman — who is still dressed in her restaurant uniform — explained to officers she was very proud of getting her new car because she was kicked out of high school.
