Hoteliers capitalise on demand from locals, tourists during National Day period

Room bookings at some local hotels have surged more than 20% this year ahead of National Day, compared to last year. It's not only for the 9 August long weekend, but also in the weeks leading up to it with the eight NDP rehearsals and preview shows. Hoteliers have been capitalising on this demand from locals and tourists. Some have come up with National Day-themed activities for guests. Nikhil Khattar reports.
