The House Quadruple Committee (QuadComm) proceeds on Wednesday, November 13 with their hearing on the alleged extrajudicial killings and issues on the Duterte administration’s war on drugs. The four House panels initially said that Wednesday’s hearing would be rescheduled to November 21, but later pushed through with it after the camp of former President Rodrigo Duterte said he would “confront” the committee members for postponing the proceedings.
