How did everyone on the blazing Japan Airlines plane evacuate so quickly?

Initial reports suggested that almost 400 people evacuated a burning Japan Airlines plane in as quickly as 90 seconds. While the actual time taken is not yet clear, Mr Shawn Pruchnicki, assistant professor of aviation and integrated systems engineering from Ohio State University, explains how the group could have escaped so quickly.
