The IDF has sent troops into the buffer zone between Syria and Israel, according to Liberal Senator Dave Sharma. It comes as rebels have seized the city of Homs in Syria. “Fundamentally, this is a huge defeat for ‘the Iranian axis of resistance’,” Mr Sharma told Sky News Australia.
