HUMAN TRAFFICKING Justice Buteera tasks prosecutors to work with police
The Deputy Chief Justice has tasked all the prosecutors across the country to work closely with police during investigations related to human trafficking in persons to avert the vice, which affects mainly women and children. While addressing the prosecutors during their conference held in Kampala today, Justice Richard Buteera said that poorly investigated cases affect the delivery of justice to the victims of human trafficking. The prosecutors were also challenged to tackle the problem of corruption at all levels during the dispensation of justice where the wealthy perpetrators sometimes buy their way out of cases. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition Subscribe to Our Channel For more news visit http://www.ntv.co.ug Follow us on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/ntvuganda Connect with us on Messenger via m.me/NTVUganda
