Hundreds in attendance at 17th annual Silence the Violence march and rally to end gun violence

The 17th annual Silence the Violence march and rally, hosted by the Church of the Messiah, brought hundreds of people together in the fight against gun violence. Each year at the event, families and supporters come together to honor loved ones lost to gun violence and advance efforts to eradicate gun violence. American Black Journal contributor Daijah Moss joined attendees at the march and rally to hear from family members, Church of the Messiah Pastor Barry Randolph, and local and state officials.
