Hurricane Francine makes landfall in southern Louisiana

Hurricane Francine made landfall on Louisiana's Gulf Coast as a category 2 storm with winds of 100 miles per hour. Heavy rainfall and flooding were expected. Forecasters say the storm will was expected to weaken quickly as it moved inland.
