Hurricane Helene could ‘well impact’ the US presidential election

Sky News Washington Correspondent Annelise Neilsen has said Hurricane Helene has affected the swing states of North Carolina, Georgia and Florida which could “well impact” the US presidential election. “12 counties that administer voting are still offline and dealing with bringing in enough supplies for basic survival,” Ms Neilsen said. “Many dealing with the basics needed to survive after deadly floods might not have voting in the presidential election in mind."
