Iceland: Volcanic tears in the ground appear near a fishing town on the island

For the second time in less than a month the volcano near the small fishing town of Grindavik - on the southwestern side of Iceland - has rumbled to life. Two volcanic fissures opened north of the town, breaching defensive walls are putting nearby settlements at risk, according to the Icelandic Met Office.
