The high court has issued fresh orders to Inspector General of police Douglas Kanja and director of criminal investigations Mohammed Amin to personally appear before the court on 17th January over the disappearance of four men in Machakos last year. at the same time Justice Chacha Mwita has directed the senior police officers to immediately release Justus Mutuma, Karani Nwema and Martin Mwai or present their bodies in court after failing to comply today
