Implementing government programs, Leaders in Bugisu sub-region warned against political bickering

Leaders from Bugisu sub region have been told to desist from Political bickering in order for government programs to succeed. Minister for ICT and National Guidance Dr Chris Baryomunsi insists on Political Unity as a basis for effective service delivery. This was in Mbale shortly after the President addressed a public rally in Maluku where Captain Mike Mukula called for cooperation in implementing government programs.
