Implementing projects in the Nile Basin

The Nile Equatorial Lakes Subsidiary Action Programme-NELSAP, an investment arm of the Nile Basin Initiative has lined up a total of 134 projects ready for implementation. According to the Regional Coordinator for the Nile Equatorial Lakes Subsidiary Action Programme-NELSA, Dr. Issac Alukwe, the implementation of these projects will require 6.5 billion US dollars.
