Importance of financial literacy highlighted

Minister in the Ministry of Finance Ryan Straughn is reminding Barbadians about the importance of financial literacy. The advice comes after some Barbadians who invested heavily in the global international media company TKY are reeling from the fallout. Many of them were left with empty pockets after news spread of the collapse of the online platform. Mr. Straughn says in order for people to recoup their money they must contact the Barbados Police Service and their legal representative for action to be taken in court against interested parties.
