Indebted students battle to register

Education must be free for all. That's the word from Wits University SRC Secretary, Michelle Mbhalati. This as a number of students are left high and dry due to non-payment of university fees. Student governing groups are negotiating with tertiary institutions to reopen their gates to indebted students.
