Independence Capsule Concealed; To Be Opened 25 Years Later The Independence Secretariat held a Special Post-Independence Anniversary Time Capsule Concealment Ceremony, where a capsule filled with items of historical, cultural and national sentimental value was tucked away. The capsule will be reopened in 25 years as the country marks its Diamond Jubilee of independence.
