In the FIR filed at Sansad Marg police station in Delhi, Rahul has been charged with intimidation as well as gang crime. Meanwhile, Delhi Police has handed over this investigation to the Crime Branch... Along with this, the Lok Sabha Speaker has also been informed about the FIR filed against Rahul Gandhi... The Crime Branch will now talk to the Lok Sabha Secretariat for CCTV footage... after which the investigation will be taken forward...
