India elections: M K Stalin and Rahul Gandhi to attend rally in Tamil Nadu

India's opposition bloc will be holding a rally in Tamil Nadu, headlined by the state's Chief Minister M K Stalin and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The joint rally in Coimbatore marks one of Mr Gandhi's first engagements in Tamil Nadu, just a week before elections begin. Neha Poonia reports from New Delhi.
