India Will Probe Evidence of Alleged Terror Plot, PM Modi Responds to US Claims

In a recent statement, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has addressed the US allegations regarding an alleged Indian plot to assassinate US-based Khalistan terror backbone, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. PM Modi has assured the world that India will examine any substantial evidence provided on the claimed link to the terror plot. However, he has also taken a strong stand against the existing Western hypocrisy regarding extremism and intimidation which is overlooked or even permitted. Modi further expressed India's deep concern over the activities of extremist groups overseas that are fostering intimidation and inciting violence under the pretense of 'freedom of expression'.
