Industrial Court orders port workers to go back to work

Port workers are set to get back to work after the Industrial Court granted the Port Authority's injunction. The injunction was filed by the authority yesterday to compel the workers to return to their duties, after a month of escalating industrial action. But, the Seaman and Waterfront Workers Trade Union says it didn't have to be this way. Even as the workers blanked PATT's meeting yesterday, Michael Anisette believes the matter could have been resolved through dialogue. Otto Carrington reports.
