Inflation numbers 'higher' than expected, according to economic advisor

Judo Bank Chief Economic Advisor Warren Hogan says inflation numbers are “a little bit higher” than expected but warns these figures are “heavily distorted” by government subsidies. Australia’s headline inflation has risen to 2.3 per cent for November, according to the latest data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
