Intangible Cultural Heritage Award: NHB honours Chinese opera teacher, Malay dancer and kebaya maker

Kebaya maker Raymond Wong, Chinese opera teacher Cai Bixia and Malay dance icon Osman Abdul Hamid are the recipients of this year's Stewards of Intangible Cultural Heritage Award. It is the National Heritage Board's annual recognition of individuals whose work document, safeguard and promote homegrown traditions. Rachel Teng reports.
