Investigations continue into data breach at BRA

Investigations continue into a breach at the Barbados Revenue Authority's Vehicle Registration Online Portal. That hack resulted in the personal information of some Barbadians being placed online for sale. The BRA says it's looking into the matter and Minister of Industry, Innovation, Science and Technology Marsha Caddle says her Ministry is aware of the data breach. This is not the first time a government entity has had to deal with a cyber incident but the scale of it as reported by online sources has caused some concern.
