Investor interest due to economic performance

International investors are showing interest in Barbados because the economy is performing well. That's according to Senior Minister in the Prime Minister's Office, Dr. the Honourable William Duguid. He says Barbados' debt continues to fall and may soon move from triple to double digits. Dr. Duguid made the remarks in Parliament while addressing the Resolution on Barbados' Fiscal Framework for 2024-2025 to 2026-2027 & 2025-2026 to 2027-2028.
