The process of selecting secondary schools for candidates of the Barbados Secondary School Entrance Examination should be based on consultation with the students and their families. That was the advice shared by Education Officer Shamin Ally, at yesterday's town hall on the 11+ Examination. Speaking to a packed room of parents and guardians at Bay Primary, she encouraged them to allow their children to have a say before filling out the form. And Ms. Ally has implored the parents and guardians to complete the school selection forms as early as possible to meet the deadline.
